Managing Risk While Working With Children of High-Conflict Parents

Mental health professionals working with children, regardless of whether the services involve treatment or evaluation, are likely to encounter high-conflict parents. This situation is sometimes unpredictable and develops during the delivery of services. Dr. Marc Martinez will discuss the characteristics of high-conflict parents, the elevated risks they present, and risk management strategies for reducing exposure to negative actions.
